Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to maxwin ("the Company", "we", or "our platform"). This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the maxwin.sx website and all services, games, and features available through the maxwin platform.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Maxwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Maxwin reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon notification to users via the platform or registered email. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use the maxwin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not prohibited by any law or regulation in your local jurisdiction from participating in online gambling activities
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration
• Have never had an account closed by Maxwin due to terms violation

Maxwin requires a complete Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all members. Valid identification documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other recognised travel documents will be required during verification. Failure to complete KYC may result in restricted access to certain platform features, including fund withdrawals.

Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) maxwin account. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of different usernames, email addresses, or payment methods used.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Maxwin strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings
• Not sharing login credentials with any party
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Notify Maxwin immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

Maxwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. However, our support team will provide full assistance in the event of a compromised account.

Maxwin supports a variety of payment methods for deposits including FPX online banking, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and DuitNow. All deposits are processed within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method, with most methods processing deposits instantly.

• The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process
• All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• Maxwin does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges
• Funds deposited for gaming purposes may not be used for any other purpose
• Maxwin reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits exceeding certain limits

Withdrawing funds from your maxwin account is subject to the following conditions, which must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the deposit
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before funds can be withdrawn

• All bonuses have wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless otherwise stated
• Maxwin reserves the right to void bonuses if a user is found to have abused the promotions system
• Bonus value awarded cannot be transferred, sold, or directly converted to cash

• Users found using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have their accounts terminated

The welcome bonus is for new members only and may be claimed once. Any attempt to reclaim the welcome bonus by re-registering an account is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

All games available on maxwin use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by independent international bodies. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by maxwin, software providers, or any other party.

• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled
• Maxwin reserves the right to void bets in the event of a significant technical failure or system error
• In the event of a technical failure, any wagered funds will be credited back to the user's account
• Maxwin is not responsible for internet connection failures on the user's end during a gaming session
• Each round/game is an independent event and is not connected to previous outcomes

Maxwin provides Return to Player (RTP) information for all Slot Games and casino games. This information reflects long-term averages and is not a guarantee of returns for any individual session.

Misuse of the maxwin platform is strictly prohibited. The following activities will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any automation tools during gameplay
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities
• Exploiting the bonus system by using multiple accounts or false information
• Using stolen or unauthorized credit card or bank account information
• Spreading false or defamatory information about maxwin
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt Maxwin's systems and infrastructure
• Any form of fraud or manipulation intended to gain an unfair advantage

Maxwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for reasonable cause including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud, or requests from relevant authorities.

Users may also choose to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the maxwin support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid account balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the required conditions) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with maxwin's standard policy.

Account closure due to serious violations or fraud may result in the forfeiture of the entire account balance, including unused cash and bonuses.

Maxwin collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy available on the Privacy Policy page.
